The village of Podsabotin is located in the extreme southeastern part of the Goriška Brda, at the foot of the Sabotin hill. Holiday house Mari is located in the heart of the village.
House Mari is an excellent starting point for visiting the Sabotin hill, which was the scene of battles during the First World War. The top of Sabotin has a wonderful view of Goriška Brda, Sveta gora, the Alps, Nova Gorica and all the way to the sea. Under the top you can see the military caves (trenches).
